Located in Immingham in North East Lincolnshire and very close to the village of Habrough itself, Habrough Fields is perfectly located. Just 8 miles to Grimsby and 10 miles from the coastal resort of Cleethorpes. The A180 dual carriageway, which changes to the M180, is just 3 miles away giving access to the region’s major towns and cities including Scunthorpe, Doncaster and Lincoln and via the Humber Bridge to Hull. The M180 feeds into the M18 and the national motorway network, giving access to all parts of the country.
Habrough station is just one and a half miles away and there are regular services East and West which link up at Doncaster to the East Coast main line and the rest of the country’s rail system. The region is serviced by two airports, Humberside and Robin Hood, both are close and offer low cost destinations and charter flights. All this shows that Habrough Fields in Immingham is an ideal location for those who want to live and work locally as well as those who need to work across the region and beyond.

The New Planning Guidelines
Recent government policy has meant developers such as ourselves have had to change the way we design our sites. The main piece of legislation has been what is called PPG3. Amongst other things this lays down the number of houses we must build per acre and the type and mix of housing that has to be built. All developers must conform to these guidelines and it is not the housebuilding industry profiteering from higher density developments. We are simply following planning guidelines.
