Positioned on East Yorkshire’s glorious coast, close to the towns of Bridlington (14 miles), Driffield (17 miles) and Beverley (11 miles). Hornsea is also just a short drive to the city of Hull (12 miles) and 45 minutes drivetime to York. With Junction 38 of the M62 just 26 miles away, within 40 minutes you also have access to the M18, A1 and M1 and the national motorway network. Hornsea is ideal for commuters working in any of the regions towns or the City of Hull. It is also an excellent base for those travelling the region.
Whilst there is no rail service to Hornsea, Bridlington and Beverley have stations and Hull has daily direct services to London, Leeds and Manchester, which join with the rest of the country’s rail system. There are frequent bus services to Hull and Beverley from Hornsea as well as to Bridlington and Driffield. There are also two international airports, Humberside and Robin Hood Airport, a short drivetime away. Both offer low cost flights and charter services.
All this adds up to making Hornsea the ideal location for those who want to live in a beautiful coastal town but, at the same time, need access to the employment and other facilities offered by larger towns and cities.

Planning Policy Guidelines
Government policy has meant developers such as ourselves have had to change the way we design our sites.Amongst other things this lays down the minimum number of houses we must build per acre and the type and affects the mix of housing that has to be built. All developers must conform to these guidelines and it is not the housebuilding industry profiteering from higher density developments. We are simply following planning guidelines.
