Peter Ward is the Managing Director of Peter Ward Homes, a company set up in 1978.
“I trained as a chartered surveyor before entering the housebuilding industry as a developer. We started converting and renovating existing properties before building our first house from scratch in 1978. Our first major development followed quickly, a 10 house site in Beverley. Since then we have built over 1000 homes in East Yorkshire and Northern Lincolnshire.”
