- this development of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses combines rural life and country living, whilst being close to the East Ridings major towns. The Yorkshire Heritage coast and a number of seaside resorts and beaches are also a short drive away as are the Yorkshire Wolds and Moors.

2005
Back Lane, Holme-upon-Spalding-Moor
- a mini development of two four bedroom detached houses, each with a single integral garage. This was Peter Ward Homes second involvement with the village, the first being the successful Spaldingate development of 2000 to 2002.

2005 – 2007
College Close, Goole
– There is a regular Trans-Pennine service to Manchester and trains to Hull, Doncaster and Leeds run regularly, linking into the national rail network. The new international airport, Robin Hood Airport, is just 20 minutes away with low cost flights to a number of European destinations. – a mini development of two semi-detached cottage style houses, The Nook and The Holly. This was Peter Ward Homes third involvement with the village, the first being the successful Spaldingate development of 2000 to 2002.
