Experienced sales representative Anna Redmond has been appointed by Peter Ward Homes to join the sales team at the company’s flagship site at Habrough Fields, near Immingham.

Anna, who lives at Brigg, is one of the most experienced in her field in this region, with a career in new build stretching back over 14 years. Habrough Fields, the largest site currently being developed by Beverley-based Peter Ward Homes, will consist of 217 two, three and four bedroom houses.

The majority of the properties in the first phase of construction are four bedroom and enquiries and sales during this initial period are running at very encouraging levels. Anna said: “The new build market in Northern Lincolnshire is going through a tough time, as in most parts of the UK, but here at Habrough Fields we seem to be bucking the trend somewhat.

“Visitors are calling in on a regular basis and we are getting very positive feedback on the style of the homes and especially on the amount of space we have allocated within the development. These new homes are certainly not on top of each other. The site has been well landscaped with several thousand new trees planted along the main entrance drive to maintain the rural feel.”

Anna added: “These are quality homes built in a classical style but perhaps the main advantage offered to buyers here is that the prices have been fixed at very realistic levels. For example, prices range from just under £125,000 to £209,950.”

Peter Ward Homes has been building houses in Northern Lincolnshire and throughout East Yorkshire for 30 years and has been recognised by the British Housebuilder of the Year Awards on no fewer than eight occasions.
