A special event aimed primarily at first time property buyers will be staged this weekend at Goole by award-winning house builder Peter Ward Homes.

The first time buyers special being held at the company’s Captains Close site will also signal the start of a five per cent deposit paid incentive programme on a selection of new homes.

On Saturday (28 June), between 11am and 5pm, first time buyers will be invited to tour the site, inspect the show homes, and take advantage of free advice from mortgage adviser John Amor.

The five per cent deposit paid incentive applies to the two-bed Harris at £124,950, the three-bed semi-detached Woking at £138,500 and the three-bed semi-detached Arundel at £139,500.
