The bricks and mortar is long gone and the sales team is preparing to shut up shop at one of East Yorkshire’s most popular new home locations of the past 10 years.
Southwood Park, a 65-house development by Peter Ward Homes on the south western edge of Driffield, has just four homes left to sell – and one of those is already reserved.
The development has remained high on the shopping list of new home buyers throughout the recent decline in the housing market.
