House builder Peter Ward Homes has announced a number of end-of-year price reductions on properties at its Captains Close development at Goole and aimed specifically at certain sections of the house-buying public.

The group likely to benefit the most from the company’s own version of ‘the cuts’ are first-time buyers, closely followed by existing home-owners looking to downsize and put some of the equity in their home into their retirement pot.
