Leading East Yorkshire housebuilder, Peter Ward Homes, is literally giving buyers more space for their money.

The Beverley-based company has unveiled new room layouts for two house designs, both being unveiled at the popular Rawsons Green site at Hornsea.

In each case, the emphasis has been to create more living space by incorporating a greater open plan feel to the ground floor.

Peter said: “Feedback from visitors to our sites over the summer, tells us many people are showing a preference for a larger kitchen area which is where families spend most time together.

“We sat down with our architects and designers and decided to introduce new ground floor plans on two of our house types, with one showing a kitchen-dining-day room and the other an enlarged kitchen. The new layouts will be available first at Rawsons Green and if, as we suspect, they prove very popular, we will make them available at our other developments”.

Award-winning Peter Ward Homes is currently building new homes at Rawsons Green, Captains Close and Richard Cooper Street, both at Goole, and at Habrough Fields, near Immingham.
