Beverley-based homebuilder, Peter Ward Homes has been voted one of the UK’s top homebuilders at the prestigious (Daily Express) British Housebuilder of the Year Awards 2006.

Supported by the National House Building Council, the competition is highly acclaimed throughout the property industry and achievement within these awards is particularly significant for companies like Peter Ward Homes as success is completely based upon the feedback provided by its own customers. Over 50,000 questionnaires were issued to customers and judging was based entirely on the responses provided.

Held at the Savoy Hotel in London with presentations made by celebrity guest Vanessa Feltz, the gala ceremony recognised the finalists within each category for their performance in areas including the helpfulness of staff, the quality of advice provided throughout the homebuying process, the condition of homes on moving day and the efficiency of repairing any faults.
