Award-winning housebuilder Peter Ward Homes has published its latest new homes availability schedule and prices for its popular Captains Close development at Goole.
During March and April, a number of the top-of-the-range, four bedroom house styles will be completed and offered for sale, including the Marlow, which has seen its price reduced by more than 10 per cent to £220,000, the Sandridge, also at £220,000, and the Repton with double garage at £230,000.
By early summer, these spacious four beds will be joined by the Wantage, a three bedroom house with attached garage and which will be available from May priced at £170,000.
The Captains Close development has been one of the most successful for the Beverley-based company in recent years and is now in the final stages of construction.
