Sales of new homes on the sought-after Southwood Park site at Driffield are soaring ahead of target.

Demand for the properties, being built by Beverley-based award-winning house builder Peter Ward Homes, has been so strong during the first few weeks of the year that the development could be completed ahead of schedule.

Peter Ward Homes Sales Director, Peter Richardson, said: “We were forecasting 27 sales at Southwood Park in 2007 but by the end of February we had already either sold or received reservations for 10 homes.”
