Sales of new homes on the 21-acre Habrough Fields development at Immingham have got off to a flying start.

Within 72 hours of the sales office being opened, several properties had been snapped up by eager purchasers and enquiries are already showing a high level of interest.

Habrough Fields is being developed by award-winning house builder Peter Ward Homes, of Beverley, the only company in the region to win the coveted Gold Award in the British House Builder of the Year Awards.

The £40m scheme is expected to take six years to complete and is one of the largest of its kind to be undertaken in North East Lincolnshire for many years.
