Award-winning house builder Peter Ward Homes has published its first multi-site magazine designed to give house buyers a comprehensive view of new-build properties throughout the East Yorkshire and North East Lincolnshire region.

The 12-page full colour publication – ‘HOMES for the 21 Century’ – gives details of locations, house types and prices of five of the sites the company is currently developing – Captain’s Close at Goole, Southwood Park at Driffield, Trinity Fold at South Cave, Westfields at Kilnwick and Habrough Fields at Immingham.

In addition to the standard information such as house specifications and costs, the magazine provides facts and figures on local towns, communication links and a general overview of the attractions of each village or town.

Sales Director for Peter Ward Homes, Peter Richardson, said: “Traditional advertising generally shows the basic information relating to a specific site but our magazine has been produced to give buyers greater details about the site, the house types as well as the locality. After all, people buy into the area, not just the house.

“For example, Southwood Park is close to the market town of Driffield but also at the heart of the East Yorkshire countryside and yet within easy reach of all main routes. Habrough Fields, on the other hand, will probably appeal to North East Lincolnshire people looking to upgrade their homes and to people moving into the region to work.

“We hope people will use the magazine as a guide to the area generally. It will give house hunters an opportunity to view a much broader market than simply one brochure relating to one site.
