Old College a simply stunning setting!

Just a short stroll from the centre of one of England’s top market towns.

But at the same time this site boasts the sort of seclusion that is normally only reserved for those who live in the countryside. Truly idyllic, this is the last location of its type that will become available in the town of Beverley.

Beverley...

The stunning market town of Beverley is the perfect location. With historical buildings, including a Minster, an original Bar gate and Georgian architecture Beverley is an archetypal market town. It has fantastic designer and independent shops as well as High Street retailers and a new shopping centre.

You will find a good selection of restaurants, cafes, bars and pubs around the centre of Beverley. And with the large open pastures of Beverley Westwood, home to Beverley Races, just on the outskirts there is plenty of space for country walks.

There are banks, a hospital, and a range of schools including three secondary schools. Leisure facilities include a Pool and Leisure Centre, a cinema and a number of sports clubs.

Local Area...

With the Coast, Wolds and countryside around Beverley you will struggle to get a better locality. There are a number of local villages that have pubs and restaurants, as well as larger towns like Driffield, Bridlington on the coast, and of course the city of Hull, host to the 2017 City of Culture. The Wolds is a beautiful area of rolling hills and countryside made famous by David Hockney. Its an ideal area for cycling and walking.

Transport Links...

The local city of Hull is a short commute and the historic city of York just 31 miles away. Further afield the city of Leeds is an hour away with the rest of West, South and North Yorkshire a short car drive. Beverley is close to the motorway network, via the M62, just 12 miles away. Rail connections to London and other areas of the country are excellent and the region is served by two airports, each flying to multiple world and European destinations.
