To save you the cost and hassle of selling your existing property, we may be able to accept it in part exchange against a new Peter Ward Home. We will arrange for independent valuations by local estate agents before deciding if we are able to take your existing property in part exchange. Please note however, we cannot accept part exchanges of a similar or higher value than the Peter Ward home you are interested in buying. Please ask the Sales Representative on site for more details.
