The site is called Crown Park because the land was bought from the Crown Estate. It’s a development of seventy-four 3 and 4 bed homes built on the edge of the village and overlooking open countryside.

With the first plots coming up for completion at the end of January there has been a lot of activity on site. “We opened our Site Sales Office, in the brand new Show Home, last year and we have been busy ever since” said Peter Ward the MD “We have had a lot of very positive feedback on the location of the site and the mix of housetypes we are building. We have reservations on plots running through to July and fully expect over the next few months to register interest on the rest of our 2017 build programme at Crown Park ”.
