Planning Policy Guidelines
Government policy has meant developers such as ourselves have had to change the way we design our sites.Amongst other things this lays down the minimum number of houses we must build per acre and the type and affects the mix of housing that has to be built. All developers must conform to these guidelines and it is not the housebuilding industry profiteering from higher density developments.We are simply following planning guidelines.
