Pay only 75% now and own 100%! How?
We will refer you to an approved Independent Mortgage advisor who will arrange a mortgage for you.

Do I have to sell before I pay you?
You can either pay us in part, or in full, whenever you like subject to a valuation.

When do I repay the 25%?
25% of the market value should be paid to us when you sell or transfer – or within 10 years, whichever is sooner.

Is there anything else to pay?
Solicitors fees and valuation fees on full or part repayment of the 25% and a £500 commitment fee payable on completion.

How is a valuation figure obtained?
When you make full or part repayment the market value of your home will be determined by two independent valuations.

What if the property price goes down?
Your repayment will be 25% of the market value – whether that is more or less than the purchase price.

How are home improvements accounted for?
The 25% repayment is calculated from the market value – less any improvements. So, if you’ve added a garage then you keep the value of this yourself.
